Nokia 6230 Problem

Can any of you download 3gp clips from wap sites?

I get response unknown but Orange don't want to know as its not there wap
site.

I've spoken to Club Nokia Tech Support who say the browser within the Nokia
6230 is not able to download 3gp clips.

I was led to believe that 3gp was a world wide standard for mobile phones so
why have Nokia made this mistake?
