If you think you have been screwed by the apple/AT&T gang please fight back. Use the better business beaurroo, fcc, federal trade commission, and your state attorney general. It takes very little time and effort to do so. If all that fails take them to small claims court. These companies are not your friends. They are providing marginal products and services and top shelf prices. I got out of a crappy AT&T contract by using the BBB and my state attorney general. I doubt you will ever see any consumer protection laws written. So fight back.

What do you mean? There are several laws that protect consumers.

I agree that if you have been charged for service you didn't receive you shouldn't lay there and do nothing about it, but if you signed a contract and it's your own fault that you can't pay for something that you knowingly did, then it's not the company's fault.

Customer service seems terrible across the board and when i broke my phone last week i found out my insurance premium had went up to 125 dollars! So i just shipped my htc inspire to Tech Gods in Little Rock AR and they fixed it that day for 75. I just cancelled my insurance! There is NO point in paying it anymore when its that expensive to ever make a claim! I dont know if tech gods has any other stores nationally but here is their website hopefully it will be helpful to someone on here.
