I had a bad customer experience with Zurich insurance that I told the company I would publicise everywhere and on every occasion I could, in order to deplete their business. I parked my car in a legal spot on the public highway overnight. There was a storm resulting in a land slide that pushed my car across the road and crushed it against the wall opposite. I claimed on the Zurich policy. It was an old car and I only claimed £500 ($1000) which was a reasonable value. I was not trying to steal money off them. They refused to pay out because, and I quote their letter, "It hasn't happened before and therefore the council (the insured, who owned the road and land) is not at fault." I wrote back and told them that I would do their business far more damage than the £500 would have cost them. So don't buy Zurich insurance. If you crash into Mrs Jones' car for the first time, they won't pay out because it hasn't happened before.
Sorry if this is off topic. I am looking for a robust mobile phone and recommendations and saw this thread.
