Any WinTV should do. WinTV Nova is pretty nice.

Yup, Hauppauge! is what I got it works rather well. Probably the best bang for the buck too.

i'm using Pinnacle...gave me much problems with sound n recording...although realtime watching is not a problem...
thinking of changing to other brands...

Got a Nova-T Freeview PCI card. Works a treat.
