Trouble with Ringtones on t629

Hey. I just got a new t629 this afternoon. I went to a ringtone web site, made a ringtone, had the ringtone sent to my phone, etc. The ringtone plays fine in my music player on the phone and when I go to set it as the ringtone it accepts it fine and plays it. However, when someone calls me, it uses a totally different ringtone and when I go into the ringtone settings to make sure it's still set as my ringtone, it is!

Any help on this subject would be GREATLY appreciated.

How long is the ringtone ? Is it an MP3 ?
