SGH-i627 problems

Good evening all,

I just got a Propel Pro and and having problems with the ascending ring not wanting to change to ring, the ring volume is too low, and while texting, i cannot text a z - (even though it will work when I enter a name.) I am guessing a need to try flashing the firmware.

I have looked on the Samsung site, but they only offer manuals - no software downloads at all

I have also Googled SGH-i627 for firmware updates and found nothing. Does anyone have a suggestion to fix things?

Bonjour bon j'ai un problème avec la mine et am frequeado mise Ã* jour le wm 6.1 Ã* 6.5 lorsque je terminer et redémarrer est rester écran noir et le solin, si vous savez comment faire pour installer le wm6.1 apportant des produits manufacturés, besoin comment faire les mesures et programmes de traitent avec l'aide de l'espoir me claire si vous savez comment faire merci.
