T610/6 Call Costs?

My phone was on AT&T at purchase, but I Flashed and Unlocked it. The phone originally had the Call Costs option under Calls, Time & Cost and it had it after I flashed it too.

But know it seems to have disappeared. I emailed and called SE but they couldn't help me because I told them (stupidly) that I got my phone on Ebay... Anyway, is there some way I can get this back without resetting my phone? Has anyone else had this happen after time to this or any other feature? Does anyone use this feature or is it just useless?
