HI, I just bought a brand new Sony Ericsson W500i from Ebay last 2 weeks. It works fine and i love it. It plays video so i downloaded videos (3gp format with 178xsomething resolution) to my phone from my computer. I experimented so I tried to change the video size to 320xsomething and downloaded them. the 178xsomething ones works fine, but when i tried to play the 320xsomething ones, my screen turned white and froze. i can't turn the phone off so i just pulled the battery. When i try to turn it on, the screen is just white. I can't master reset it because i can't make the phone work. :/ any ideas how to fix this and or delete the messed up file?

someone told me about the Sony Ericssion Update Service, tried it but it didn't work. :/ Thx for your time
