Mobile M.U.D.

I want to make a M.U.D. to play on all or at least most mobile phones. But the problem I have is, where do I start?? What do I need?? Maybe if we here at cellphoneforums can all join together and create one, then it might happen fast. I want to help or something, I don't care what I have to do, but I really want to see this. Can someone shine some light on this subject to get ideas or even if it's possible. Thank you.

I still trying to figure out, what exactly u need

I want to create a M.U.D. that people can play on their cell phones. A M.U.D. is a Multi User Dungeon. It's a text based game, no graphics or sound. You can level your charactor up and increase your skills. I don't know where to start to create a M.U.D. If someone, anyone can help me out with this, it would be great. Thank you.
