Usually, i use Wechat app to scan the QR code. But I am not so sure if you can use Wechat in your country. And, there is also some phone browser app has the QR reading function. I would like to know if Facebook or Twitter has the QR scanning function?

2. Get an QR Code Reader for your cellphone
3. Install QR Code Reader App
4. Turn on App and Point Towards QR Code
5. Receive the information of code from QR code.
