    Where is Celular 1 bad? And which Cellular 1?? Western Wireless, Dobson, ect.

    The purpose of Cellular 1 in 1987 was to have cheaper roaming with other Cellular 1 companies and have a network better than the FCC requirements. So people could identify good quailty in the name Cellular 1. In 2001 those rules went bye bye.

    It will be intresting to see this year and next will the name Cellular 1 or AT&T exist?
    The best provider gives you a plan with the minutes you need at the right price. The coverage that you need to make calls all the time.
