    How can I change 128x128 wallpaper to 176x220 pixles ?

    get irfanview from Hidden Content . then open the pic in the program. next click image on the top and select resize/resample. then just change the size to 176x220. but make sure the 'preserve aspect ratio' box is NOT checked

    well i dont know what phone you are trying to put them on, but i dont know if irfanview will do them. i never tried it....
