I call forward my home land line to my Cingular cell phone . So when anyone
calls my house it is forwards to the cell. Cingular bills my double
minutes every call and code it FMR. I have a nation plan . I call my cell
from my house and get billed for how many minutes I use, OK , no problem. So
its the same call if my house is forwarded to my cell but I get billed
double minutes . Every call is listed twice on my bill and billed double
minutes. WTF is going on??? Just found this out and have not called
Cinguler about it yet???? Any one else call forwarding that can look at
the minutes and see if its happing to them???/

Relax. FMR which stands for Follow Me Roaming is not double billing.
Check your actual invoice and you will see that the FMR calls are not
included in the total. Check help at the Cingular web site for a
    fuller explanation.

how would cingular know if your phone was forwarded anyways unless your
carrier was cingular. Last I knew, forwarding ones home phone to a cell
phone was strictly a feature of your local phone company. Cingular should
see this as just an "incoming call".
