I have researched this issue, but I cannot make it work for a friend of
mine. He has an MSN (not Hotmail) account, and he wants to get the email on
his Q. I went through the "Pocket MSN" setup, and it seems to see the
account, but it does not pull down the emails. It goes through long process
of requesting the data, but no emails come in.

Can someone help me or direct me to a good source of specific configuration
info?
