Can anyone direct me to a site or provide information on how to unlock my
phone from the Rogers network here in Canada? Please decode my e-mail

And what network were you planning on using your unlocked 3360? AFAIK
the only network in Canada that would use the 3360 is Rogers. You
cannot use it in the US as the ESN's not in AT&T's database.
