Had my 3310 opened to all networks but when I try my o2 sim card in it, the
signal's awful and sometimes non existent. When I try the same sim in
another phone, it's fine. Is there any way to tweak the reception on the
    phone. Thanks in advance.

is it ur phone or ur current location causing the problem? try moving to a
different spot, maybe down the road etc

No I can try the sim in a different phone at the same location and have a
decent signal so it has got to be the phone.
