The same problem I have been encountered a few days ago, Finding caterers was easy at that point but the actual problem is Hygiene and sanitization of the kitchen. I got many recommendations and suggestion from friends, It was for a big Corporate event, I was the event manager and I was doing everything at my best. I don't want to show up a flaw in this event so I decided to visit those kitchens which suggested by friends. I shortlisted some caterers and visited their kitchen, everyone was good at their taste of food but the preparing environment was unbelievable! they are in this catering service for past 6 to 8 years But the measure is taken for hygiene of kitchen and utensils are taken of low standard or even say they weren't doing at all. 4 Kitchens I visited none of them passed the standardization I was looking for, Finally, I met Mr. Choudhary CEO and Founder of Edigo food network, Talked with him, he was a young entrepreneur. Impressed by his talks only, and Edigo Kitchen maintenance policy was Beautiful and impressive like sanitization process, employers dress code, Temperature management etc. and as a visitor, I learned a lot from him and his kitchen. what drives me crazy about that company was there vision to build up many Hyper Hygiene mega Kitchen in the world. Let it be straight I really enjoyed their services and punctuality.
