    the users are taking the 3 phones to Africa/Eastern Europe and calling for 1-3 Minutes at a time....

    and WILL NOT PAY THE BILL

    because everyone has $75,000 laying around for a phone bill. sounds like they need to switch carriers, someone international or some other european carrier.

    I would be careful what information you post on a public message board regarding customer's accounts. Cingular does have a department that doees monitor this kind of stuff.
