I have a brand new Samsung A-680 from Sprint, can it be used on the Cricket network in Denver? Thanks so much for your help.

why do you want cricket. i agree that sprint is not that great, but there is much better prepaid service then cricket. Click the link in my profile and it will take you to LDPOST's prepaid plans. they are great and cheap. also check out t-mobile, they have great plans provided they actually have coverage in your area. if you need call one the LDPOST tech support.

Sprint to Cricket
umm...because you pay a flat 40.00 and get unlimited cell and long distance, with no hookie pre-paid charges or gouging, that's why

Yeah, I looked at Boost and the rest of these pre-paids ... they don't seem too cost efficient. Especially on night and weekends.
I like the total bucket option of Cricket, but been hearing horror stories about roaming.
Trying to make a decision this week.

Re: Sprint to Cricket
goto Wireless Carrier | Cricket Wireless | Home and see. Coverage is far less than the other major providers.Even if you do get unlimited minutes in the plan, that is only while in a Cricket covered area. You roam everywhere else and pay a king's ransom for it. Trust me,unless you are only going to be staying in your cricket covered area, you'd do better to go with someone else. Also, for a laugh....go here-> The Man Cave is the official nemesis of Alltel Wireless and play the game
