overclocking a rooted MyTouch

if you have rooted your phone and are overclocking it what are your settings and what problems have you had if any? what are the best stettings in anyones oppinion? currently i am using Dev. Billy Cui's overclockwidget. currently i have cpu set at 528. max and 384 min. this little gadget has made it so my battery will last a few days or i have actually had to charge it twice in one day but the CPU was flying. i am just kind of wondering what other peoples thoughts are on the whole concept.
