Well guys, I figured out how to get to it, but it looks like it requires a special kind of screwdriver or something to change it. The head of the screw has a y on it...not like a typical phillips head...Can anyone tell me where I can get this tool?
Thanks!

How do you do it? It takes a t-3 screwdriver. You can get them on ebay.

Then after we gave up, we almost couldn't get it to go back down flush with the phone so it was sticking up a little. Finally got it all the way back down. Now I'm trying to find a cell repair place or somewhere, where I can leave it to professionals.

1. Above the LCD screen, locate the little opening for the speaker. Now, look to the left and right of the speaker. You'll see two little raised circles. These are actually screw covers that pop right out!
2. Directly below the LCD screen is a label for the provider of your phone service (for me it was an Alltel logo). Turns out that this is also a screw cover! It has some adhesive, so you may have to work at it just a bit to get it off. There are 2 screws underneath.
All 4 screws require a T4 screwdriver head. Once you have the 4 screws out, you can use a thin pry tool to pop off the faceplate.

Since I'm not a dealer, they wouldn't give me any other information on it, and I couldn't find anything on eBay other than the USB cable.
