Urgent Help Needed!!!!

ok, so I was going to dinner for my birthday and i was raining out, i had my phone (motorola v400)clipped to my belt and i ran inside, after dinner i went to make a call and my phone wasn;t there, i went out, looked in the car, everywhere and i finally found it on the servers table, someone had found it outside and returned it, only problem is it was soaked. so i dried it out, put the battery on turned it on, and it worked, then i thought it would be be safe to dry it out more incase there was water stuck in little crevases. so now when i turn it on now, well not even turn it on, when i put the battery in, a black screen comes up with white text it says this:

Data Cable

so what i'm thinking is it unflashed its own program somehow, and i probley need to reflash it, or is there anyway I can fix it?

Sounds like your circiut board got wet and fried your phones hard drive (even though phones don't have a hard drive per se) your best option would be to see if your service provider can re flash your phone.
