i850 wallpapers

Can anyone tell me how to make wallpapers for i850? I know that you need Infranview but exactly what are the steps to do that?

off the top of my head: open the file and then choose image then resize. uncheck the box that says something about aspect ratio. make image 150 x 150 and then choose image again and decrease color depth to 256 colors then file and save as gif. Lower the quality all the way to worst. Then try loading it. If it doesn't show up reduce the size to 145 x 145 and try again keep doing until it loads. most phones the screen looks good up to about 135 x 135 anything less and it starts to tile.

where can you get infranview? I've been trying to make wallpapers for my i850 for weeks now with no luck, help would be greatly appreciated.
