Problemi relativi alla tastiera con Nokia E5-00

Ciao, il mio Nokia E5-00 non rilascia la tastiera. Posso spingere tutti i pulsanti, ma il pulsante OK non saranno accettate. Così, la tastiera rimane bloccata in modo permanente fuori e non ho ottenuto i dati di contatto. Via Ovi Suite non ho accesso ai dati, perché non posso confermare un aggiornamento necessario al telefono. C'è un trucco per disabilitare il blocco tastiera?

what do you mean by keyboard lock?
> you cannot press anything on the phone or it is just the keyboard is locked and you are unable to unlock it.
> hope you know how to unlock it... for it has a setting that you can disable the autolock of the phone

There is a carbon under every button of the keypad. You can rub the carbon by a rubber or go to your nearest Nokia Care.
