We all know this is a bogus charge, but is there a way around it.
is there something i can say that would get it waived?

I'm not sure what "admin fee" you're talking about. Rogers charges a couple of access fees.
The 911 Access Fee is $0.50
The System Access Fee is $6.95
Both fees are standard to cell and gsm carriers. Is there a different fee you're talking about?T-Mobile Trainer

Just a side note, I realized after I posted the last one.
You ask if there's a way around the admin fee. Unfortunately not. Once you sign up for service you pretty much agree to any and all fees they charge you.T-Mobile Trainer

oh yeh, the $35 admin fee. i got hit for that too when i upgraded my phone last year. unfortunately that's what dealers charge. i was told it's supposed to compensate for their shipping and handling fees when they have phones sent to their store from rogers.
