To be completely honest, I've had nothing but increased complaints from Blackberry customers concerning call quality.

It began about 1.5 years ago, and Blackberry hasn't been able to get it right since. They started skimping on their antenna to save money, then their software went down hill in regards to how they process that connection.

Simply put, now is the time to mass exodus from Blackberry. They have shut down one of their major manufacturing facilities due to the growth of android.

Primarily the complaint is indoors, and Sprint has a solution for indoor coverage called an airave. You must be in an airave service area: Is AIRAVE service available at this address? , you must have high speed internet (either DSL or Cable Internet, Satellite won't work), and you must be eligible for that additional line of service it takes up (they assign it a phone #, but through account services, they wont bill you anything for it).

So make sure you qualify before you ask for it.
