    I just bought my LG200 phone from Telus and everything works fine but I can't use text messaging. When a friend send me text, I won't receive it. When I send them text, it doesn't get sent. I purchased the text messaging 100 feature and it still doesn't work. When I call Telus, they tell me to call #123 and when I do that, it asks me for a pass word. What pass word?? So far I am really disappointed with Telus's customer support. I have been trying to figure this out since late last night and have gotten no where. Can anyone help me out here? I am using Pay & Talk and I just want to text my friends.

    you need to subscrive to your text messaging feature in order to access that function

    I have the same problem. I thought it was strange all day when i havent recieved a text message all day. I thought just maybe i hadnt got any text msgs, but when my sister said she had text me i was confused. I took her phone, texted me from it, and i waited.. and waited.. and still waited. Then i got her boyfriend to do it too.. and im still waiting. I have just added facebook mobile, so i dont know if this is it or not. My phone is a LG Telus Pay as you go Cell phone. I just bought it not even 2 months ago, so i dont understand how it can not be working. I buy the unlimited texting every month and it is set on auto renewal, so when it expires it automatically renews itself. My texting doenst even expire until the 29th of May, as well as i have additional money in my phone for air time, even though all i use my phone for is texting. My phone is fully charged, it seems to be working fine. I just dont understand what is wrong with it. Telus customer service website tells me that their offices are closed at this time, and are open from 9-8pm on the weekends, but im freaking. IF ANYONE has had this problem with their phone msg me at amandasidney hotmail.com . I just dont understand. It was working fine the other day, and now this.!?!?! I have money in my phone, its fully charged, i have the unlimited texting!!?!?! why isnt it working!?!?!?!!? i also have figured out that i can send text messages but i just cannot recieve them. I sent them to 3 different people, and they all got them, but when i asked them to reply to them, it never came. Along with a msg i should have gotten from Facebook. I havent gotten nothing. I am really worried, since this is important to me, and i just did buy the phone. I find the technical support at telus at this time to be very disappointing. PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!. This has ruined my day... Okay. im done venting now. Please message me if you have any comments or suggestions. IF not ill be in the telus store at 8am tomorrow when it opens.

    I just got the LG IQ from Telus and it work fine yesterday, but after my sister played with it for an hour or so ~~~ now i can not send text messages, i can receive them though... can anyone please tell me what you have as your text messaging service number as i think that might be what the problem is
