computer pointing to a phone??

Has anyone ever seen this? i turned my phone off last night and turned it backon about an hour later and now the lights will come on and it gets to the slider part and then it flashes to a black screen and then to a screen with a computer and then an arrow pointing to a phone? I called Verizon but of course i have to take my phone down to the store, but i just wondered if anyone had any clue as to what happend?

i got that problem too, i ended up having to just use my insurance and get a new one..... **problem after about a year of use and i think liquid damage.

if you can fix it, do you know what that screen means b/c I got it after my batter died while I was on the phone

It means your phone is stuck in data transfer mode. Your provider can fix it in a few minutes
