Hey, I recently purchased an LG cellphone (model TU515) and have been fairly satisfied with practically everything to date. However, I have never been able to sync anything with the phone from my computer given that, for some reason or another, the LG Suite won't detect my phone. I connect the phone to my computer using the USB cable and, albite the computer DOES detect the phone, the software simply won't, meaning that I can't transfer any pictures, videos, or ringtones. Mind you, however, that the computer does detect it as a removeable device, meaning that I have access to the music folder but nothing more. I can transfer music to the folder and can lsten to it on my phone, but can't seem to set it as a ringtone using the phone only. Nonetheless, even if I were able to do so, I'd still like to transfer ringtones directly to my phone using the Suite. I have also tried this on another computer and have the same problem. Moreover, I've also tried the program Mobiledit and it won't detect the phone either.

So, in a nutshell, the computer detects the phone, but no software will. Can anyone help me please? Thank you!

Had the same problem as you. Finally we had to call LG tech support. Basically you are saving all the pictures, videos and such to the sim card. You need to go through all the settings and change the primary storage to the memory card. Then you need to go through and manually move all the items to the memory card before you can transfer them. For us that means we have to manually transfer about 300 pictures 1 at a time to the memory card then then computer will see them when we hook up as a mass storage device.

We only wanted to transfer our pictures so I'm not sure about vids and ringtones but hopefully you get the idea.
