dying sound?

When I'm in calls, I can't hear the person but they can hear me. When I turn it onto speaker it's just fine. Suggestions?

Now, it happens on all calls. It used to only happen on a few. I can't take it to my carrier because it is an unlocked phone and I'm pretty sure the warrenty is up anyways.

well...it soulds like you need to get the phone flashed at the very least, or replaced at the most. Both are going to require you taking the phone into your local carrier.
