v400 picture upload to computer

i have a v400 and bought a data cable without software. I found the vstuff site and you gotta pay to download the software that you need. I need to find somewhere to download them.

Also i would like to get the stuff from vstuff, midis, ringtones, games etc. where can i all get that software

try a search here, i'm sure someones talked about that before, if not try google

ive searched and searched and searched and havent been able to find that software. How are you even supposed to get the software?

Just to clarify the first post in case anyone misred it - all the games, ringtones, wallpapers, videos etc on VStuff are free. It's just that you have to upgrade your account to get to mPT and PST.

You can probably find older versions of mobile phone tools (2.21 and below) around on the web somewhere if you keep searching.

so if i upgrade my account and download all the software- with my data cable i can download all the ringotnes, games pictures etc. to my v400. DO i get a charge from cingular when I download all of this information to the phone? I have a v400 btw. thanks

I found the software and cable on line. It is great. I'v taken my own MP3's and created ringtones and uploaded them to my phone. I can download my pictures, phone book, and other data to my PC and upload edited versions back to the phone. I especially like the fact that I can archive my phonebook in case of loss or damage to my phone.
The CDs also came wiht midi, wav, and mp3 ringtones, wallpapers, screen savers and a few other utilities.

Yes, with mobile phone tools you can transfer pictures and ringtones to your phone.

To transfer games you need to enable the java applet loader on your phone using PST and then use Midway to transfer them (full instructions and all the software you need to do this are on our site).

Your provider doesn't (and can't) charge you anything for transfering files to your phone by cable.

well i upgraded and dloaded everything and nothing works. on my computer i dont think its recognizing my phone - ay help?

im so pissed. its not working and i feel like i got ripped off $7.50 now. I cant believe I paid that kinda cash for software thats not working

The software works fine. We just supply what the software companies make - we don't write it ourselves!

You just need to follow the guides. Search www.howardforums.com if you're having a specific problem - there's bound to be someone who has posted a soluiton.

the forums that you listed dont work. also you do sell the software. I followed all of the directions and cant get the phone to read.

ya i got mobile phone tools from vstuff to and im having the same problem, its not recognizing my phone??? i gotta v400... wtf is up with this?
