hey im new and my t720 wont power up even ater i charge it its like BRAND ew only 18 min of talktime is my battery busted and what are the common problems with this fone?

I HAD THAT ONCE I WAS GOING TO SETTING CALL FORWARD OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT THE PHONE FROZE I TURNED IT OFF AND IT NEVER TURNED ON THE LIGHT WENT ON BUT THEN IT SHUT OFF I WENT TO THE STORE AND THEY REPLACED THE PHONE FOR FREE BUT THIS PHONE IS NOT SO GR8 THATS WHY WHEN I HAD THE CHANCE I GOT ANOTHER PHONE

Depending on your service provider you can just have them send you a replacment. I had the same problem with my t722i which is pretty much the same phone. Also with t-mobile if you have a problem with the same phone three times in 30 days they'll send you an upgrade free don't know if you can take advantage of this or not but keep it in mind if you have to play hardball with your service provider
