Motorola v265 help

I already know how to get wallpapers onto my phone using the vzwpix.com mailing account i have. But when i try to upload a mp3 to make it my ringtone it doesnt find it and i tryed sending it as a wav file and it wont save as a ringtone neither does voice memo... :/ I would appreciate any help given

I just tryed sending a 20 second mp3 to my phone from my email on yahoo to my phone and it saved as a .qcp and it displays and plays it in the mdeia folder but it wont save as a ringtone :/ if someone would respond with any help that'd be great
