Please help me!!

So i'm basically going crazy right now. this is a post i made about a month ago, and then edited it tonight, and thought that it would bring it back up to the top of the other posts but it didn't, so i'm just going to copy the whole thing on here.

Default Mobile Phone Tools problem
so i got mobile phone tools like 2 months ago, and have currently been using it with my v220 to put the pictures on my computer from the phone. but today for some reason its not letting me. down in the taskbar it says modem management disabled? and i can't do anything like get the pics from my phone to my computer. anyone know whats goin on?

EDIT from tonight

so i got it working, but then like 4 days ago, the same damn thing happened. i plug in my phone open up mobile phone tools, and try to put the pictures onto the computer, but the pictures don't even show up. and then i try to put music on my phone (which worked about a week ago) and then it just says "unable to communicate to phone." so i uninstalled MPT and reinstalled an older version and did the "Live Update" to the most current version and tried it and it still doesn't work. this makes me very angry. like when i go to the mobile explorer part to transfer the pictures, it just sits there and doens't load them. please if anyone can help or has any advice or anything please please help me and tell me this is driving me crazy!!!
