Everytime I download a picture, sound or animation from the interent to my motorola phone and save it there is a lock on the item so I cannot send it to other people.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am confused because my sister has the exact same phone (v551) but she can download from the internet and share with others.

Please help!!!!
