That's a pretty broad question. I'm female and I like to play with the "techie" things on my phone (not that I've completely mastered it) but my husband doesn't do anything but make calls and is happy with his basic W315. It's more a personal preference than a gender thing. BTW - I would never own a pink phone - ick
