You need to set up your browser to use Cingular. Your phone still has the settings from T-Mobile in it. I suspect that you can get this information on the Cingular web site (you can get T-Mobile's on their web site). Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if Cingular has an app on their web site to do this automatically. However, I wouldn't use that app since I suspect it also locks your phone to Cingular which I doubt you want to have happen. (Cingular is really bad about that since they have no business locking a phone that they did not sell on a tied basis.)

I can't tell you what to put in your phone to access Cingular, but I can tell you what to look for. These are the settings that put you in to T-Mobile's T-Zones. They need to be changed to whatever Cingular is using. You might search on the Cingular site for the information.
Primary IP address: 216.155.165.050
APN Name: (The board wouldn't allow me to post links so it is pretty hard to help you here but you are looking for a parameter that stars with wap.)
Home page: I had the same problem here. But you need to find a parameter that includes the word I used above (that they are very sensitive to on this board) and myvoicestream.
There are also data settings, but I don't think they will change between the two carriers, though when you find the information you are looking for, there will be a list of all critical parameters and the appropriate settings. Searching on these three settings should get you to the appropriate place on the Cingular web site.
