Moto W385 Camera & Date Q's

I've been using this phone for a few days now and i like it but i have 2 things i would like to do that i still can't figure out.

Is it possible to "enable" the camera option if the camera come factory disabled, or carrier disabled...

And is there a way to hide the date from beeing displayed in the home menu so i can fully see the wallpaper?

ive been trying to find out how to hide the date too i want to see the whole wallpaper also
