My Motorola Razr goes straight to voicemail after 3 rings and I am unable to change the settings. It only started doing this about a month ago and it means I usually miss the call and end up having to call back whoever was trying to get in touch with me. HELP!!!

Call or visit your carriers customer service/Tech support;
They can assist you with settings and software updates if required.
