You only pay when you get a replacement handset through your insurance wich consist of a deductable, usually $50.

With Cingular in most cases, all you are charged for with a warranty exchange is the cost of shipping.

You can do like Crazybeautiful did and just call T-Mobile customer service, your phones will be replaced through warranty, no need to go to the store where you bought them.

they send you a brand new, or "like new" phone which is yours to keep. when you recieve it, you have to send your old phone back to them. its cool you dont have to wait to be without a phone

I had two razr's replaced because one of the volume was too low, and the second one i blew the speakers trying to alter the software...i didnt tell them that though.
The warranty is great, as long as the screens arent cracked, and no water damage. They send you a new phone within 2 days (express) from your claim, and they only charge you for s&h, express is $15. Then you have to send your old phone back within 7 days.
    Its great!!

It all depends on how they handle things with repairs and replacements.
The only way to find that out is to of course show up in person or call them.

If you bought them last month, and they have not been damaged due to dropping, getting them wet, or trying to alter the phone's software, there really should be no problems with getting them exchanged through the company you bought them from.

As for refunds, that's all going to depend on who you bought them from.
