I guess that's the good thing, but I'd still rather not have to even do that. I've had a few problems even with Boost and miscellaneous charges, but they got fixed pretty quick. 2 problems in almost 2 years isn't bad at all. Why can't regular sprint be like that?

I too get completely crapped on by Sprint every month, you can read the story in my signature if you want to see all the crazy things that have happened while I have been under contract with them

Yeah I seem to have extra charges on most of my sprint bills. It's annoying having to call in for credits.

So, do you have more than one Sprint account, say a Nextel account too? That would be the only you would get more than one Sprint bill a month. Also, did you call Sprint and check your mailing address? If it is wrong, of course you will not be mailed a bill.

Everyone that i know has bought out of sprint. Also about the paper bills, call them and they are required to mail a bill statement.

I would suggest kicking spring to the curb and switching to Verizon or Cingular

Is it just me or does it seem like Sprint is out of control with their billing? It seems like I get billed twice a month and I have not got a paper bill since I have been with them. I have been with them about 5 years. Does anyone else have this problem?
