    If you keep the phone, you are breaking the law. It is fraud. The phone belongs to the insurance company. If you don't like it, don't get the insurance. The insurance company is NOT AT&T. It is an insurance company that covers lost, stolen and broken phones.
    By not returning the phone you are committing a crime and can be arrested if found out.

    your a good guy and I refuse to give anymore help to people who charge 300 dollars for text messages.. your are a nice guy, how bout I keep the phone and use it like the previous person said...

    If you find a phone upon which a claim has been paid, that recovered phone belongs to the insurance company. Check with them to see what to do.

    i think you can just take the sim card out of ur old phone and put it into the new phone. then the new phone will work off of ur plan
