I'm having problems uploading java application (.jar) from my PC to my 6255 phone using bluetooth connection and PC Suits 6.5. Once I have them marked on PC Suits Application Windows, I click on the green arrow to uploading to my phone and a "Operation Fail" message show up. I've tried files (.jar) from several sources and no one works.
    Can anyone help, please.

    Problem solved

Here is what I did to upload some application:
1-With Nokia PC Suits open, I hit on Application
2-Mark some existing application and deleted them first
3-Mark new ones and hit the green arrow to upload them
4-Open new application on mobil phone

I have been trying for WEEKS to upload JAVA to my Nokia 6255i. This post was the first thing I found that solved my problem. THe one thing I cant seem to get past is there are 3 apps existing and in order to upload one, I have to delete one. Base don that, I can only have three at a time in my phone. Is there a workaround for that? I am using Nokia PC Suite.

Seen to me that there is certain amount of memory allocated for application software. Something around 100kb. I have deleted all 3 apps from my 6255 memory and that allows me to upload 3 or more apps up to that capacity.

Thanks, I might give it a try. My concern is getting rid of more than one app and only being able to upload one. A net decrease of one app. Nokia sure could have made this a bit more user friendly.

My 6255 came with 3 apps; World Time, English-Spanish Translator, and Units Convertor. No one of them was really a help for my or my bussines so I took the chance to delete them. Now I Have loaded a Cintific Calculator, Date to Date calculator and Biorythem Calculator that I feal happy with. I am wondering that apps and game might share same memory but havent tried to delete them yet in order to load more that 3 apps at the same time.
