I am in Connecticut, where Cingular is the "B" side carrier using TDMA (GSM
also available, but not applicable here). I had a Motorola V60T, which is
now broken. The Cingular store said, if I brought in an older Cingular
phone (my analog StarTac) they would program it to my number - and that has
worked well.

Now, I realize I have a Panasonic Allure EB-TX310 from AT&T. It is a dual
band TDMA/analog phone. Would this phone operate as my Cingular phone? I
know, here in Connecticut, AT&T uses (or used) many Cingular TDMA cell
sites. Can Cingular program it with their PRL?

It's really quite a sweet phone. I'd like to use it, if I can.
