Selling Phones - What to do with Sims

I'm selling two Nextel phones on eBay, and wondered
if I should include the Sim card with the phones.
The accounts have been terminated, and I reset
both phones' security settings and cleared the
phone books. Is there any reason I should hang
on to the Sims or toss them? Thanks.

If the account is clean you can include the sims and get some more money on
the deal. They should be able to reuse the sim card I was able to do so.
