Nokia 3100 loudspeaker problem

Hi,

My sons 3 week old nokia 3100 loudspeaker does not appear to be working
anymore, can't hear any ring tones, or any call when switched to
loudspeaker, all tone volumes are set to max, is it broke or is there any
setting he may have played with.

profiles > general > personalise > Incoming call alert > should equal
'ringing'

otherwise yes its broken.
