Hiya
Sorry if Im posting in the wrong group but I thought someone here would know
Last Friday 16th July , I ordered a PAYG phone online from 02, I got an
email with order confirmation and an order number. The money went out of my
account on 19th July.
Yesterday (Thurs) I emailed 02 as the phone had not arrived. I have received
an email this morning which I have pasted below. I am fuming as they have
taken the money out of my bank account for the phone. I would have thought
that this was a legally binding contract with them taking the money fron my
account.
Can anyone please help me on my next steps.
Many thanks
Lockzie
