I have just got a dual sim adapter (the one that sits between the phone and battery) for using both O2 and Orange on my 6310i.

The fone will only pick up one network - ie when I turn it on Orange is shown, if I turn it off and on again it is still orange. How does it pick up the 2nd sim card (I dont mean I want to use both at once I just want to be able to switch between networks by switching on and off)

I dosen't make any difference if I swap sims around etc. Both bays work fine with both cards

    What is the problem?

    Regards

    Andy

Do you have a 6310i one or a 6210 one

If its a 6310 one there should be a little switch that switches sim cards
but you still have to switch the phone off and back on

    HTH

Is your phone locked to Orange? If it is then the O2 SIM won't work.

If that was the case when he switched it would say sim rejected not Orange
each time he switched it can only see the orange sim

    Thanks Mike

The fone is unlocked as both sim cards work in the fone independantly.

Can't find a switch though. How do I tell? I think it is a 6210 one. Will
    this not work then?

    Regards

    Andy
