In case you were just tuning in, Phill. and Justin are two moronic
trolls that just lie and bash about people who are here to help

I am not making excuses for Sprints CS rating in the JD Powers study.
You have to take ANY study and survey with a grain of salt wether good
or bad. I would be saying the same exact thing if Sprint had the
highest rating. I am in no way shape of form loyal to any company, I
look for the best deal and take it. I do not have to justify my past
decisions by always looking for the good and ignoring the bad. I'd
leave in a heartbeat if I find a better deal.

Another JD Powers survey also caused GM to be dead last in the
    automotive surveys for initial quality.

    http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/htm...osurvey07.html

The sole reason for that was the high number of complaints for GM was
the Hummer. The biggest complaint being poor gas mileage followed by
misaligned headlights. To the casual observer, I think it would be
obvious that a 6400lb gasoline powered 4x4 vehicle that sits as high
as it does would have these problems. Well, it must not have been
obvious to the people that complained about these things. These
complaints caused GM's average to fall below the other american car
makers and made them dead last. Those complaints are NOT the result
of a manufactoring flaw or related to a quality and reliability issue
with the car that the survey name implies (JD Powers initial quality
study). For someone solely using this studies final results without
reading into the details would be misinformed about initial car maker
    quality.

I know this is a heated descussion and I know people like to pull one
liners out of posts and ignore the true context of the message as a
whole so again.... I am in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM using this
information to try to suggest Sprint should not have been last in the
study. This is just my observation of using small portions of study
data to make a decision or try to prove a point.
