I tell ya that att has got to have the worst customer service , my girlfreind of 3 years has had them for 6 years and they never have given any one more of a problem then this company right here. She is coming to the dark side of un said company because of their behavior .. Too bad for them, any one else expeirence this ????

Experience what? your post doesn't really say anything.
Personally, I have called AT&T CS twice. They quickly resolved my problems on one phone call each time without a problem.
Once I was charged for activation that was supposed to be waived with my FAN number and the other time, my wife's phone had a "subscription" that I KNEW she couldn't even figure out how to do it. Both times the CS rep listened to my explanation and quickly resolved the matter.
